Upkar Singh

Upkar Singh, MBA, is a tech-savvy executive with 20+ years leading innovative teams in software and consulting. He’s passionate about AI’s impact on jobs and ensures YCC bridges education with employment. Upkar drives our mentorship and workshops, championing inclusive opportunities for all youth. Beyond YCC, he advises startups and mentors others on emerging trends in Canada’s innovation ecosystem.

Ren Jethi

Ren Jethi, CPHR, heads People and Culture at a top Canadian org, with 18+ years in HR and talent strategy. At YCC, she shapes career readiness programs, blending soft skills like emotional intelligence with job-market realities. Ren focuses on mental wellness and DEI, making sure our initiatives are accessible and inspiring. She bridges youth with employers and speaks on leadership and the future of work.
