Connect with Mentors. Grow Your Network

Our mentorship program connects youth with professionals who share industry insight, career advice, and opportunities — helping you turn goals into reality.

Mentorship & Networking Program for Youth (Ages 15–29)

At Youth Career Coach (YCC), we believe that mentorship can change lives. A single conversation with the right mentor can spark confidence, open opportunities, and set a young person on a brighter career path. That’s why our Mentorship & Networking Program is designed for youth ages 15–29 in Canada who want to connect with professionals, gain real-world advice, and build networks that will support them for years to come.

Why Mentorship Matters for Youth

Navigating school, career planning, and the job market can be overwhelming for young people. Many youths don’t have access to professionals who can share their experiences and insights. Mentorship provides:

  • Guidance: Practical advice from those who’ve walked the path before.
  • Encouragement: Confidence to take the next step in education or work.
  • Connections: Access to networks that may lead to jobs, internships, or scholarships.
  • Role Models: Inspiration to pursue careers youth may not have considered before.

Research consistently shows that mentored youth are more likely to graduate, pursue higher education, and succeed in the workforce.
