Career Path Guidance Program for Youth (Ages 15–29)

At Youth Career Coach (YCC), we believe that every young person deserves the chance to explore career options and build a pathway that leads to success. Our Career Path Guidance Program is designed for youth ages 15 to 29 living in Canada.

Whether you’re a high school student choosing courses, a post-secondary student unsure of your next step, or a young adult navigating the early stages of your career, YCC provides the tools, mentorship, and resources to help you find clarity and direction.

Why Career Guidance Matters for Youth Ages 15–29

The journey from high school to meaningful employment can feel overwhelming. Many youth face questions such as:

  • Which career path is right for me?
  • Should I go to university, college, or enter the workforce directly?
  • What jobs will be in demand in the future?
  • How do I get experience if no one hires me without it?

Without the right support, these questions can create uncertainty and stress for both youth and their parents. That’s why our program focuses on career exploration, planning, and preparation, empowering young people to make informed decisions about their future.
