At Youth Career Coach (YCC), we help young people ages 15 to 29 prepare for success in school, work, and life. Our programs are designed to give youth the tools, confidence, and support they need to explore careers, build employability skills, and develop as future leaders.
Based in Surrey and Langley, YCC offers career coaching, skill-building workshops, and mentorship opportunities that are inclusive and accessible to youth from all backgrounds including newcomers, underrepresented groups, and those facing barriers to employment.

Employers today look for more than grades — they value practical workplace skills. Our interactive workshops help youth ages 15–29 build communication and teamwork abilities.
The job market is changing fast, and we ensure youth are future ready. Our program includes introduction to AI & digital tools, exploration of future job trends and many more.
Connections matter. Our mentorship program pairs youth with professionals who can provide one-on-one mentoring, networking opportunities with local employers and more.
We believe every young person deserves the chance to succeed. Our programs are inclusive and supportive of youth from underrepresented groups and newcomers adapting to Canada’s job market.
Career success begins with self-belief. Our coaching helps youth build confidence and positive mindset, public speaking and presentation skills and stress management and wellness strategies.
Our programs are open to youth ages 15–29 in Canada.
Some programs are free through partnerships, while others may have a low fee to cover materials. We are actively seeking grants to keep programs affordable.
